We ship all orders globally using trusted courier partners, depending on your location, with door-to-door service. Delivery times are based on dispatch date, not order placement. Estimated delivery ranges:

Australia 2–3 business days Major metro: 1–2 days; extreme rural: +1–2 days

EU / UK / SW / NO & Israel 3–7 business days Major metro: 3–4 days; remote/rural: 4–7 days

GCC 3–7 business days Major metro: 3–4 days; remote/rural: 4–7 days

2. Shipping Fees (All in USD)

Shipping fees depend on the number of items, package size, and destination. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped via express deliveries.

Disclaimer: All shipping fees are estimates only. Final charges are based on the actual weight, size, and destination of your order. Dragonberry® Outlet is not responsible for minor variations between estimated and final shipping fees.

3. Taxes, Duties & VAT

Australia:

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Australian tax regulations.

United States:

Applicable tariff duties and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional duties will be charged upon delivery.

EU-27 / UK / Switzerland / Norway / UAE:

VAT and applicable import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where supported. In certain cases, local customs procedures may require confirmation upon import, however customers should not be charged additional VAT for standard shipments where prepayment has been completed. Orders may be split where necessary to comply with shipping and customs thresholds.

Israel & GCC (exluding UAE):

VAT, customs duties, and import taxes may be collected at checkout where supported. In cases where prepayment is not available, charges remain the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by local customs or couriers upon delivery.

Important Note:

Shipping and freight charges are not subject to VAT unless required by local law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with local import regulations.

4. Tracking

All shipments are trackable. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel in real time using the courier's system.

Dragonberry® Outlet is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels once the order has been handed to the courier.

Orders are processed in the order received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
