At DRAGONBERRY®Outlet, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because all our collections are limited edition and always on sale, all purchases are final — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

1. Change of Mind or Fit

Due to the nature of our collections, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, size, or color preference.

Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.

If you are unsure, email us — we are happy to provide advice to help ensure the right fit.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days at support@dragonberry.store with your order number and photos.

We will review your case and resolve it in line with international consumer protection standards.

3. Important Notes

All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Keep your tracking number — we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method via Stripe.
