Pre-Order: An advance reservation for an item not yet ready for shipment.

Force Majeure Events: Causes outside our control that may delay fulfilment.

2. Payment & Verification

Full payment is collected at checkout.

Orders may be cancelled if a payment fails security or fraud screening.

Prices are shown in the region's website currency and may be subject to your bank’s conversion or processing fees.

3. Production Standards

Timelines are estimates and may shift due to supply chain conditions.

Pre-order items may differ slightly from imagery due to lighting, fabric batches, or production variation.

If any significant change occurs, we will notify you promptly.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Liability

Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance,

weather events,

carrier backlogs,

port congestion.

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may cause lost packages or additional fees.

5. Delays & Notifications

We will update you if there are unavoidable schedule changes. Delays do not qualify for financial compensation unless otherwise required by law

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.

Beyond 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.

If we cannot fulfil the item, we will cancel and refund automatically.

7. Returns & Refunds

Once received, pre-order items may be returned under our standard policy.

The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with all packaging

8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

We use evidence (order logs, tracking, communication history) to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

By pre-ordering, you agree to resolve issues with our support team before escalating.

This Pre-orders Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.

9. Force Majeure

Dragonberry® is not responsible for delays caused by events including but not limited to: political unrest, transportation shutdowns, manufacturing disruptions, extreme weather, or government restrictions.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect necessary information for fulfilment, fraud prevention, and communication. Data is handled under US privacy standards and stored securely.

11. Changes to Terms

Dragonberry® reserves the right to amend or update this Pre-orders Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
